New Site, Same Fight

This is a new street to hang my work on. Weebly doubled their prices like a bad landlord flipping the rent sign while you're still living inside. I packed it all up — the years, the blood, the long nights — and built this from scratch on Squarespace. It’s smoother. Faster. Less like dragging a dead horse uphill. Weeks of grinding to make it right. But that's art. You destroy to rebuild. You lose pieces to find something new.

Building a new website isn’t so different from throwing down a fresh sheet of paper. Same nerves. Same buzz. Same risk of fucking it all up. Breathe deep. Hold it. Breathe out slow. Put some banging tunes on. Let the charcoal do the walking. Let the mind shut the hell up. Don't overthink it — just lay down the lines and trust your hands. This place will evolve like the drawings do. Won’t be perfect. Won’t be polished. It’ll be alive.

Charcoal snap. Don't be that brittle piece that breaks when the pressure builds. Give it everything you’ve got — but protect the core. Stay flexible. Stay moving. Heal if you need to, then pick up the stick again. (If you want to get your hands dirty, here’s a spot where I grab my charcoal: Derwent Compressed Charcoal. No affiliate crap — just real tools for real work.)
Also trying to bolt an Instagram feed into this beast. Might work. Might not. Doesn't matter. Movement forward. Always.
